Our Approach to Safety
At Bounce & Play South BA, providing a clean, safe, and fun environment for every family is our top priority. From the moment you arrive until the end of your visit, our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest safety.
To provide the best experience possible, we:
- Clean and sanitize the facility between every play session.
- Use professional cleaning products and supplies provided by Cintas.
- Maintain a no-shoes play environment to help keep play areas clean.
- Require all guests entering the play areas to wear grippy socks.
- Require a valid waiver for everyone entering the play areas.
- Have team members available throughout each session to monitor the facility and assist guests.
- Ask all guests to follow posted rules and team member instructions at all times.
For your safety, please only participate in activities that are appropriate for your age, ability, and physical condition. Always play responsibly, be aware of those around you, and supervise children in your care.
Guests wearing soft or hard casts, splints, walking boots, or other medical immobilization devices are not permitted to participate in play activities.
Failure to follow facility rules or team member instructions may result in removal from the play areas without a refund.

Guest Responsibilities
To help keep Bounce & Play South BA clean, safe, and fun for everyone, all guests are expected to follow these guidelines.
Before entering the play areas, please ensure the following:
- Every guest entering the play area has a completed and valid waiver.
- Guests under 18 must have their waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Every guest entering the play area, including adults who are not playing, must wear grippy socks.
- All guests have read and agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
- All guests are healthy and physically able to participate safely.
- Personal belongings such as glasses, hearing aids, jewelry, watches, phones, and other loose items are secured before entering the play areas.
- Be aware of others around you and play safely at all times.
- No firearms, knives, sharp objects, or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.
- Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Bounce &

- Please respect your own physical abilities and those of others while playing.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the play areas without a refund.
