No. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Reservations are recommended but not required. Booking online helps speed up check-in and guarantees your spot if a session reaches capacity.
Your admission is valid for the 2 hr play session you purchased. You’re welcome to leave and return during that same session. Simply let a team member know before you leave so we can make re-entry quick and easy.
Yes. For the safety and cleanliness of our facility, everyone entering the play area, including adults and children, must wear grippy socks, even if they are not actively playing.
You’re welcome to bring your own grippy socks or purchase a pair at check-in.
Each adult must complete and sign their own waiver. One adult cannot complete or sign a waiver on behalf of another adult.
You can send them the waiver link, or they can complete it when they arrive. Completing waivers in advance helps make check-in faster.
Adults are always FREE! Adults must have grippy socks & waivers.
Yes! Adults are welcome to enter the bounce houses when assisting or accompanying their child. For everyone’s safety, please follow all posted rules and supervise children at all times.
No. Outside Food, drinks, and birthday cake are not permitted in the open play area or at the picnic tables.
If you’d like to enjoy food, cake, and celebrate a special occasion, we recommend reserving one of our private party rooms.
Birthday Parties
Yes! Bounce & Play offers birthday parties in four private party rooms. Every 2-hour party includes open play and exclusive use of your private party room.
Yes! To help make check-in quick and easy, please remind your guests of the following:
- All adults must complete their own waiver – include your Party ID (see confirmation email)
- Every guest entering the facility, whether they are playing or not, must have grippy socks.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own grippy socks or purchase them at check-in. If you want us to keep a tally just let us know at check in and you can pay for your guests socks after your event.
Completing waivers before arrival helps everyone get checked in faster and enjoy more play time.
We have four private party rooms:
- Party Room East: Up to 16 children
- Party Room West: Up to 16 children
- Party Central: Up to 40 children
- Sky Nook: Up to 40 children
Each party includes:
- Private party room with tables and chairs
- Two-hour room reservation
- Open play and bounce time during your reservation
You’re welcome to bring your own:
- Food and drinks
- Cake
- Plates, cups, utensils and serving supplies
- Decorations – decorate as little or as much as you’d like
Grippy socks are not included with party packages.
Yes! You’re welcome to hire your own children’s entertainer for your party.
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be having outside entertainment. All entertainers must remain inside your reserved party room for the duration of your event and must follow all Bounce & Play facility rules.
Yes! Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.
Alcohol is not permitted.
We do not provide or install decorations.
You’re welcome to decorate your party room. Please note that decorating and cleanup time are included in your reserved rental time.

No. Party capacities are based on the number of children attending.
Adults are always free and are not counted toward your party package.
Children 11 months and younger are also free with older paid sibling and are not included in the guest count.
Yes. All birthday parties must be reserved in advance to secure your preferred room, date and time.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due upon check-in the day of your event.

Yes! Our Ultimate Party Takeover gives you exclusive access to the entire first floor of Bounce & Play.
VIP – Package $700:
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 8:15 PM to 10:15 PM
Includes:
- Private use of the entire first floor
- Up to 100 total guests (adults and children)
- Facility closed to the public during your event
- Grippy socks are not included
LUXE – Package $1675:
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 6 PM to 8 PM
